Registration of visitors at the events, bars, and cafes is a new reality in Lithuania nowadays. Firm’s partner Aurelija Rutkauskaitė advises how to do it without violating the requirements of GDPR.
First of all, it is important to have documents describing the procedure of personal data collection and storage. Secondly, it is important to describe the specific registration process. Having documents but not describing the registration procedure would already be a breach of GDPR requirements.
