Gytis has over 7 years of experience in dispute resolution, real estate and construction law. He represents clients in real estate transactions, conducts due diligence, as well as advises clients in the fields of real estate and construction, energy and infrastructure.
During his professional practice, Gytis has performed legal due diligence for a number of foreign and domestic clients (for instance: Groa Real Estate Fund I, Utilitas OÜ). Gytis has also provided legal opinions and prepared memos in the fields of real estate and construction law for a number of clients (for instance RAFAKO S.A., Budimex S.A., Utilitas OÜ). Additionally, he prepares procedural documents and represents clients before national courts in disputes.
